The Effect of Person-role Fit on Work-Life Balance and Intentions of Turnover among Instructors in Higher Learning Institutions in Kuwait

This research examines the effect of work-life balance (WLB) practices on motivations to turnover and perceived person-role fit (PRF) among academics who teach in higher learning institutions. In addition, this will also evaluate relationship between intention (TI), instructors. study tries test influence PRF as a mediating factor from WLB an institution intentions turnover.
